VAT/DUTY
Please note that I am based in the Republic of Ireland (EU).
– UK customers: VAT is added at checkout if you choose delivery to a GB address. If your order totals more than £135, or if you are a business and provide me with your UK VAT number, I will refund the VAT you paid at checkout. (You may be liable to pay VAT, duty and other charges on delivery, or do a reverse charge on your tax returns).
– International buyers are responsible for paying any import duty, taxes or customs handling fees incurred. (I currently do not need to charge VAT/duty for delivery to EU addresses.) You may like to check out our sister website where I offer dropshipping directly from our international suppliers to save you money.
Processing Time
I aim to post your order within one business day of cleared payment. I send orders by An Post or DPD.
Shipping Fee
I charge shipping at cost plus just 50p packaging/handling fee. If you would like your order insured (with Track & Trace) or if you would like your small order sent by courier, just mention your request in the comments box at checkout and you will be contacted with details of any extra charge applicable.

Unfortunately, shipping restrictions am becoming tighter all the time. Obviously I cannot send anything flammable or in a pressurised container. Liquids are also prohibited (paints, ink, etc.)

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that I can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If you need to return anything, it must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, in its original condition including any packaging. If I can’t offer a replacement, I will refund the cost of the item. (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
